Booking and Payment

When you book with Aureum Tourism, you must pay the full price upfront. This secures your spot and helps us manage your tour smoothly. We confirm all bookings via email, so you can be sure your reservation is confirmed.

Refunds and Cancellations by You

If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please contact the Aureum Tourism team directly. Our experts will assist you and work to find the best solution because our customers are our top priority.

  • If you want to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours (two days) before your tour start time. If you have already paid in full, we will adjust your payment toward the new date.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour or activity start time cannot be refunded.
  • If you miss the tour or do not arrive at the meeting point on time, it will be treated as a cancellation, and no refund will be provided.

How to Cancel

To cancel your booking:

  1. Log into your account
  2. Go to "My Bookings"
  3. Select the booking you wish to cancel
  4. Click "Cancel Booking"
  5. You will receive a confirmation email

Changes and Cancellations by Aureum Tourism

We may need to change or cancel any tour or activity at our discretion without prior notice. This can happen for various reasons, including weather conditions, accidents, health issues, government restrictions, or other unexpected events beyond our control.

  • We will contact you directly, usually by email, to inform you of any changes or cancellations.
  • If a tour includes third-party services such as hotel stays or tickets, please note these are non-refundable.
  • In cases where Aureum Tourism cancels a tour, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund depending on the situation. Each case will be handled carefully to ensure fairness.

  • Tour times, prices, and routes are correct when published but can change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or change any part of a tour to maintain safety, quality, and compliance.
