At Aureum Tours, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and flexible for our customers.

Cancellation Terms

Free Cancellation

  • Cancel up to 24 hours before the experience starts for a full refund
  • Some tours may offer extended cancellation periods
  • Check individual tour details for specific cancellation windows

Late Cancellation

  • Cancellations within 24 hours: 50% refund
  • Cancellations within 12 hours: No refund
  • No-shows: No refund

Weather Cancellations

If your tour is canceled due to poor weather conditions, you will be offered:

  • A full refund, or
  • Rescheduling to another date at no additional cost

How to Cancel

To cancel your booking:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to "My Bookings"
  3. Select the booking you wish to cancel
  4. Click "Cancel Booking" and follow the prompts
