Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Aureum Tourism. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking any of our tours, safaris, transportation services, or activities (together called "Activities"). By booking with us, you agree to follow and accept these terms.
1. Services Offered
We offer tours, safaris, transportation, and related travel activities directly or through suppliers. All services are subject to availability and may be modified to ensure the best experience.
2. Booking and Payment
- Full payment is required at booking to confirm your spot
- Payment methods accepted include major credit cards and other options shown during booking
- All bookings are confirmed via email once payment is received
- Any tickets or vouchers issued are subject to these terms and third-party provider conditions
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
- Notify us at least 48 hours before the activity to reschedule
- Cancellations less than 24 hours before the activity start time are non-refundable
- No-shows are treated as cancellations with no refund
4. Changes by Operator
We may change or cancel tours without prior notice due to weather, government restrictions, health or other unforeseen events. Refunds or partial refunds may be offered at our discretion. Third-party services included may have separate non-refundable terms.
5. Customer Responsibilities
By participating in our activities, you confirm and agree to the following:
- You are physically and mentally fit for the activity
- You will follow all instructions given by our guides or leaders
- Unsafe behavior may result in removal from the activity without refund
- Some activities may require signing a waiver
- You must disclose any medical conditions or disabilities that could affect your participation
6. Third-Party Services
Some services are provided by third parties whose terms apply. Aureum Tourism is not responsible for third-party actions or policies. We work with reputable partners to ensure quality service delivery.
7. Liability and Insurance
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel and health insurance for all activities. Please note:
- We are not liable for injury, loss, or damage during activities
- You are responsible for your personal belongings
- Travel insurance should cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and personal property
8. Booking Restrictions
Bookings cannot be transferred, resold, or used commercially unless permitted. Each booking is personal and non-transferable.
9. Promotional Terms
Promotions cannot be combined unless stated. One promotion per booking. All promotional offers are subject to availability and terms.
10. Lost Property
Lost items are kept for 3 months and then disposed of responsibly. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items during activities.
11. Travel Documentation
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have all necessary travel documents, visas, and health requirements before the tour. We are not responsible for denied entry or participation due to improper documentation.
12. Photography and Media
We may take photos or videos during Activities for promotional use. If you prefer not to be featured, please inform us in advance.
13. Privacy and Data Protection
Any personal data collected during booking or participation will be handled securely and used only to provide our services, in line with privacy laws. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
14. Additional Charges
Additional charges may apply for special requests or changes made after booking confirmation. All additional costs will be communicated clearly before processing.
15. Group Bookings
Group bookings may have separate terms, including different cancellation or minimum participant policies. Please contact us for specific group booking terms.
16. Itinerary Changes
All itineraries, timings, and inclusions are subject to change based on availability, weather, and operational requirements. We will make every effort to inform you of significant changes in advance.
17. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer who does not comply with our safety guidelines or behaves in a way that affects the quality or safety of the tour for others.
18. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Dubai law. Disputes will be handled in Dubai courts exclusively.
