Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Aureum Tourism. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking any of our tours, safaris, transportation services, or activities (together called “Activities”). By booking with us, you agree to follow and accept these terms.


  1. We offer tours, safaris, transportation, and related travel activities directly or through suppliers.
  2. Full payment is required at booking to confirm your spot. Payment methods accepted include major credit cards and other options shown during booking.
  3. All bookings are confirmed via email once payment is received.
  4. Any tickets or vouchers issued are subject to these terms and third-party provider conditions.
  5. Notify us at least 48 hours before the activity to reschedule. Cancellations less than 24 hours before the activity start time are non-refundable. No-shows are treated as cancellations with no refund.
  6. We may change or cancel tours without prior notice due to weather, government restrictions, health or other unforeseen events. Refunds or partial refunds may be offered at our discretion. Third-party services included may have separate non-refundable terms.
  7. You confirm you are physically and mentally fit for the activity. Follow all instructions given by our guides or leaders. Unsafe behavior may result in removal from the activity without refund. Some activities may require signing a waiver.
  8. Some services are provided by third parties whose terms apply. Aureum Tourism is not responsible for third-party actions or policies.
  9. We recommend comprehensive travel and health insurance. We are not liable for injury, loss, or damage during activities. You are responsible for your personal belongings.
  10. Bookings cannot be transferred, resold, or used commercially unless permitted.
  11. Promotions cannot be combined unless stated. One promotion per booking.
  12. Lost items are kept for 3 months and then disposed of responsibly.
  13. These terms are governed by Dubai law. Disputes will be handled in Dubai courts exclusively.
  14. We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer who does not comply with our safety guidelines or behaves in a way that affects the quality or safety of the tour for others.
  15. All itineraries, timings, and inclusions are subject to change based on availability, weather, and operational requirements.
  16. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have all necessary travel documents, visas, and health requirements before the tour.
  17. Any personal data collected during booking or participation will be handled securely and used only to provide our services, in line with privacy laws.
  18. We may take photos or videos during Activities for promotional use. If you prefer not to be featured, please inform us in advance.
  19. Additional charges may apply for special requests or changes made after booking confirmation.
  20. Customers should disclose any medical conditions or disabilities that could affect their participation in the Activities.
  21. Group bookings may have separate terms, including different cancellation or minimum participant policies.
