How to Redeem
Follow these simple steps to use your tickets
After you complete your booking, you will receive your Ferrari World Abu Dhabi tickets through email. Open the email and download the tickets on your phone. Make sure the QR code is clearly visible on your screen. If you prefer, you can also print the tickets before you travel. Both mobile and printed tickets are accepted at the entrance. When you arrive at Ferrari World, follow the signs to the main entry gate. Show your ticket to the staff and let them scan your QR code. Once the code is scanned, you can walk inside and start enjoying all the rides and experiences. If your package includes transfers, you must be ready at your pick up location at the given time. Your driver will drop you at the entrance of the theme park. Keep your tickets ready before reaching the gate to avoid delays. If the park requires pre booking for certain rides during busy days, you may be asked to reserve your ride slot after entering. The staff will guide you to the booking area.

Children must be with an adult inside the park. Some rides have height rules for safety. Outside food and drinks are not allowed. Lockers, strollers and valet parking are available with extra cost. Ride availability may change due to maintenance. Arrive early to enjoy more rides with less waiting time. If your tour includes transfers, eating and drinking inside the vehicle is not allowed. The park may require visitors to book ride slots during busy times. Availability is on first come basis. Formula Rossa will be closed from October thirteen to November sixteen in 2025
